2. DO I NEED IT?

3. WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?

4. CAN I LIST MY HOUSE FOR SALE WITHOUT STAGING AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS?
You certainly can but it's not advisable. It may result in a costly mistake. When it comes to buyers searching for that one house that will wow them, first impressions are everything. Better ready than sorry. Your house should hit the market ready to be showcased since day one. Why would you take a chance going without staging which possibly might result in a price drop within the very first month?
5. CAN I DO IT MYSELF?
You could. But do you have time? The selling process is already stressful. So we can make the preparation part easier on you. You have enough to do as it is with searching for a new home, planning, packing, and more. Homeowners’ eyes are used to their surroundings which may not allow them to objectively see the home the way the buyer would. A professional home stager is that new pair of eyes that can immediately see the best features and shortcomings and help get rid of or minimize the latter.
6. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The Consultation takes up to 2 hours. The actual hands-on staging can take 2 hours, 4 hours, or longer if your home size requires it.
7. WHY CAN’T IT BE THE WAY IT IS, WHAT’S WRONG WITH MY STYLE?
While living in your home, you make it yours. Once you’re selling, the less it feels like you the better. The stager’s decisions are not a judgment of your design and decorating choices. When you choose to stage your home you’re utilizing a marketing tool in order to get the best outcome for your sale.
8. CAN I PAY JUST FOR THE CONSULTATION & DO THE WORK MYSELF?
Sure. During the home-visit Consultation we will discuss with you the areas that could use enhancement and give you specific methods on how to achieve that. Upon request, we will gladly write up a detailed step-by-step action plan report for you to implement the suggested recommendations so you can do so at your own pace by yourself. 9. ISN’T STAGING AND FLUFFING FOR HIGH-END LUXURY HOMES?
Not at all. First of all, no fluffing! Any property, no matter its value, has to be presented well. Staging adds value and helps the home showcase better.
10. WHAT ARE BUYERS LOOKING FOR?
The buyers are looking for a home they could envision themselves living in. It has to be The Wow House for them. Many different factors influence their decision. The most common ones are location, size, layout, condition, cleanliness, visual appeal and the vibe, neighborhood, school district, to name a few.
11. IS IT GUARANTEED THAT IF I STAGE MY HOME IT WILL SELL FAST AND FOR TOP DOLLAR?
Nothing is guaranteed in life, not even tomorrow. But something can be done today. There’s no guarantee that your house will get an offer the day it hits the market, there’s no guarantee it will sell the very first week, or for the asking price, or higher price. However, there’s strong factual data which proves that staging adds value. There are many conducted studies that show statistics which compare the sales of staged and unstaged properties.
